Field Days

Hydro Tasmania Consulting

May 2008

Intelligent Irrigation Field Days

As part of the NRM North Intelligent Irrigation Course, the Tasmanian Water Use project team held information sessions for farmers participating in the course in the Scottsdale, Longford and Deloraine regions. Farmers had the opportunity to find out about the Project and how they could get involved, as well as ask any questions that they wanted to discuss. Many of the farmers indicated that they will be installing or upgrading water meters in the near future, and so this information session was particularly relevant and interesting for them.
