Can I have my notices sent to multiple email addresses?

No. All notices must be sent to one email address per account.

Multiple email address subscription is supported via Payreq using the Multiple Accounts option above

Can I register for e-billing before I receive my first TasWater bill?

Yes. If you can subscribe as soon as the change in ownership has been processed following settlement. Subscribing early allows you to receive your first digital notice by email.

Can I register for both email delivery and BPAY View?

No. Digital notice email delivery is used in preference to BPAY View. If you would like to switch from email delivery to BPAY View, be sure to contact one of our customer service team members to suspend your digital notice subscription.

Can I update my email address?

Of course! Please contact one of our customer service team members to update this for you.

Can I switch back to paper notices?

Yes. Please contact one of our customer service team members who will assist in confirming your mailing address and ending your digital notice subscription.
