Yes. This feature if available if you sign up for our Payreq eBilling service. Payreq is a third party platform that allows you to receive your bills via email and BPAY view at the same time. You also have the option of receiving your bills via your account software if you are running a business.
If you are signed up for eBilling, and it is not through Payreq, you will need to cancel your current eBilling subscription first and then sign up to Payreq. You can contact us online, via webchat or by calling 13 6992 to cancel this so you can get started with Payreq.
When you are ready, you can sign up to Payreq below. You will need to have your BPAY reference handy before you start. If you have multiple account, you will only need one Payreq login, but you will need the BPAY reference for each account.
