I’m having trouble signing up for eNotices and keep getting the message “Error! The eNotices Reference Number is invalid”.

Your eNotices Reference Number is unique to your TasWater account and is located at the bottom of your TasWater bill - look for the green eNotices ‘e’ symbol. Please note that your eNotices Reference Number will change from one account to the next, so be sure to use the Reference Number from you most current account. If you're still having trouble locating your eNotices Reference Number, please email enquiries@taswater.com.au or call us on 13 6992.

What notices can I add to my eNotices Account?

Once you’ve signed up for eNotices, all notices associated with your TasWater account will be delivered to your nominated email address. You will receive an email each time you have a new notice from us. You can then login to eNotices at taswater.enotices.com.au to access your notice

Can I register to receive electronic notices for multiple properties?

Yes. If you have multiple properties (held in the same name and with the exact same postal address), these will automatically be added to your eNotices account when you register. If you have additional properties with TasWater that are sent to a different name or postal address, you can also add these to your account by doing the following:
  • Log in to taswater.enotices.com.au and click the profile tab in the top right corner of your dashboard page
  • Under the ‘Accounts’ tab, you will see a list of accounts that are active
  • Locate the eNotices Reference Number from the notice of the property you would like to add to your account and enter this in in the ‘Input eNotices Reference Number’ bar
  • Email us at enquiries@taswater.com.au or call 13 6992 if you need additional help with these changes (please have your account number handy).

Can I register for eNotices before I receive my first TasWater account?
Yes, but you'll need to contact us to help set this up, as registering requires your unique eNotices Reference Number, which is only available on your account. To set this up, please email us on enquiries@taswater.com.au or call 13 6992. Be sure to have your account number and email address handy.

Can I register for eNotices and BPAY View?
Yes, you can register for both eNotices and BPAY View. If you choose to register for both, you will receive your TasWater bill via both services. To register for BPAY View, please consult your online banking service.

  • Please email us at enquiries@taswater.com.au or call 13 6992 if you need additional help with these changes (please be sure to provide your account number and new email address).
