YOUNGTOWN RESIDENTS: We are aware of issues regarding water pressure around the Youngtown area following a number of complaints through a local Facebook group. A Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) in the network is failing to regulate the correct pressure inside the water main. This faulty value has caused several burst mains in the area. Parts are currently on order. A temporary fix will be in place next week, which will allow us to regulate the pressure across Youngtown and the adjacent network. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and thank you for your patience while we work to get a permanent solution in place. If you have any questions or concerns please email [email protected]
