Update Your Details
It is your responsibility to keep your account details correct and up to date. This ensures that your statement and other important information such as outages and alerts are sent to the correct address. If you change your name, address or contact details, please let us know as soon as possible.
To update your details, please complete the form below or contact the Customer Service Team on 13 6992. Please note that certain changes such as a change of name may require additional documentation for authentication, for example a marriage certificate, or if you are changing back to a maiden name, your birth certificate.
You can nominate someone else to have access to your TasWater account such as a Power of Attorney or a third party who can act on your behalf.
