Our CDO Health and Safety
Here in the TasWater Capital Delivery Office (CDO) we take Health & Safety very seriously. We want to see everyone home safe everyday, not only our own people, but our contractors, and any other site-visitors.
Within the CDO, the health and safety of our work environments for; our people, our clients, our consultants and subcontractors, suppliers, visitors and the wider communities, is always 'top of mind' in all we do.
This starts with equipping our CDO people with the skills, systems and processes they need to uphold best practice in all areas of delivery. We also share knowledge this with our contractors; teaming together to uphold the best possible safety standards in everything we do.
Speak up - We want to hear you
We also have a culture where any individual on a site, CDO employee or otherwise, is encouraged to take personal responsibility and speak up if they see something that just doesn't seem right. They will be supported by teams that understand and believe in the central importance of health and safety.
